Our Team.

WCF Coaches bring experience and knowledge. Our coaches have multiple years of high school coaching experience. We strive to put student athletes first. We put kids in a competitive environment while ensuring the kids stay positive and have a great experience while playing the game they love. 

TRISTAN LAMB
HEAD COACH/DIRECTOR OF GIRLS BASKETBALL

Coach Lamb has been coaching girls basketball for 15 years. He started coach youth basketball. His goal is to provide student athletes with the exposure necessary to gain an opportunity to pursue higher education. Coach Lamb's goal has always been to assist student athletes of all cultural backgrounds both academically and athletically to pursue their goals. We also want to provide an environment for each athlete to develop their skills. Coach Lamb started coaching club basketball in 2009 with Lady EBO on the Adidas circuit. He then started coaching at The Bishop's School in 2015 and is currently serving as head coach at Bonita Vista High School since 2016. While coaching at Bonita Vista Coach Lamb won a CIF Championship in 2017, won 6 consecutive league titles the 1st league title being the first time in 10 years the Lady Barons have won league. He was a runner up in the San Diego Section open division championship in 2021. Coach Lamb has helped numerous girls move on to play basketball at the next level and is heavily involved in girls basketball grass roots. Coach Lamb is currently the director of girls basketball for West Coast Finest.

HEAD COACH/DIRECTOR OF BOYS BASKETBALL

DAVID PARKS
HEAD COACH/DIRECTOR OF MIDDLE SCHOOL/JR 3SSB

Coach David is A San Diego native who graduated from Morse High School and San Diego State University. He has been employed as a Systems Analyst at Union Bank for the past 20 years and enjoys spending time with family.

​

David’s coaching career spans over 20 years at the youth and high school levels. He is a current Assistant Girls Basketball Coach at Bonita Vista where he helped lead the Lady Barons to a Division 1 CIF championship in 2017 and an Open Division runner-up in 2021. Coach David is also part of the staff at Bonita Vista winning 6 consecutive league titles. Coach David also coached high school basketball at Serra, Lincoln, and Monarch High Schools. At Lincoln high school coach David helped lead Lincoln to a state title. Currently David is the director of for the West Coasts Finest middle school program. He also served in the same capacity for the San Diego Cougars and Lady EBO.

CHARLES COOPER
COACH GIRLS BASKETBALL

Coach Charles is in his first year of voluntary coaching the 2nd through 5th grade girls team. His 9 year old daughter plays on the team as well. He is an avid basketball fan, and eager to work with the young girls, while supporting their development, and love for the sport. 

 

Over the past few years, Charles has played in several adult leagues to keep himself busy. When he isn’t at his job fulfilling his duties, he is finding ways to stay connected to his two young daughters and finding ways to give his time to his community. In his spare time he enjoys being at the beach with his family, attending concerts, and sports events. 

 

Coach Charles has a Masters in Business Administration, that he completed from the University of Phoenix in 2017. He thrives on helping others become motivated to be better versions of themselves.

SHAWN PABLO
COACH GIRLS BASKETBALL 16U ADIDAS GOLD

Coach LaQuisha, born and raised on the outskirts of Houston, TX, where she graduated from Crosby High School and obtained her Masters degree from CPI University. After serving in the United Stated Navy for 13 years, she is currently a Senior Systems Analyst at Sellers & Associate and the proud owner of No Limits Fitness, where she is specialized as a Life Coach and in speed, strength and agility training all Athletes!

Coach LaQuisha has coached basketball for more than 15 years, where she started right out of high school in her community. She has coached as the assistant varsity basketball coach overseas in Rota, Spain; varsity basketball head coach Tri-City Christian School; and she is now the head varsity coach at Valley Center High School. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, giving back to the community and playing in adult basketball leagues.

Coach LaQuisha goal is to inspire youth of all ages and help them understand that anything is possible and can be accomplished if you work hard and remember "No Fear, No Limits, No Excuses!
